The AfterBurn Training®
AfterBurn Training ® is a training concept that allows you to increase your caloric expenditure after exercise, to build muscle mass in a minimum of time and without any equipment.
These are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions of 30 minutes maximum, which allow to increase the caloric expenditure after the training stops.

The AfterBurn Effect is a physiological mechanism that allows athletes to burn calories after finishing their workout.
Most of the time people who do sports focus on the calories burned during exercise. However, after a physical activity session, the body continues to burn calories, this is called the AfterBurn Effect.
By adjusting your training, you can optimize the AfterBurn Effect and keep it going until 48 hours after the exercise.
